Being an artist is hard work. It can be difficult to concentrate without first taking care of yourself.

I used to work in corporate and write nights and weekends. My nerves are now shot after going for broke. I’ve never “won” before, because I never prioritized my physiological needs.

Before I can start writing again, I first need to replenish—and would like to rejuvenate and stimulate you as well, mentally and physically.
