I live alone, but have another bedroom with bath I plan to rent out, but I have had a lot of losers mooch off me over the last few years, so I am very selective about whom I associate with, let alone who I let in my new apartment.

But my most fulfilling parts of my life were my kids and enjoying their accomplishments, often ones I never achieved. So they took a selfish and self gratifying person and turned me into a well rounded person who thinks of others before himself. That as a single person can be a curse since there are many people that survive from hustling folks like myself. So I had to spot those types real quick and kick them to the curb.
