Confused

Wondering if this site is legit, I was a non member for 6 months and constantly getting messages as soon as I would go on site , the very minute i paid for membership not one message or returned messages from any one on friends list this seems very strange to me , when I was a partial member literally the messages wouldn't stop and of course I could not read any of them so I paid for membership and everything came to a immediate stop , very dissapointed and wish I wouldn't have … my money as soon as my membership runs out i will not renew
