I live alone, but have another bedroom with bath I plan to rent out, but I have had a lot of losers mooch off me over the last few years, so I am very selective about whom I associate with, let alone who I let in my new apartment.

I done my share of dating as a youngster, did my time in bars and clubs as a twenty something, and my original goals were to get wealthy, have no kids, but pets and toys. But my most fulfilling parts of my life were my kids and enjoying their accomplishments, often ones I never achieved. So they took a selfish and self gratifying person and turned me into a well rounded person who thinks of others before himself. That as a single person can be a curse since there are many people that survive from hustling folks like myself. So I had to spot those types real quick and kick them to the curb. With that said, I am looking for someone who wants kids but is willing to wait until they have completed their education so they can be self supported if push comes to shove.
