TIPS ON BEING A PURE ROMANCE PARTY HOSTESS !

TIPS TO PLANNING A SUCCESSFUL PARTY:

1. Creating your guest list

Parties are the most fun when you have at least 10 guests present. Utilize the worksheet included in your hostess packet to create your guest list. It is best to over-invite because not all guests will be able to attend. You should also encourage your invited guests to bring a friend. When they do, I will present them with a chance to save some money.

2. Party bookings

Invite your friends to book their own party. You will earn extra incentives for each booking. Try to have at least one booking before the party takes place.

3. Collect outside orders

Show the catalog to anyone who cannot attend the party and offer to place an Outside order for them. To place an order, ask that they fill out an order form and place it in an envelope included in your hostess packet. The order will be kept confidential and sent directly to the customer. (Outside orders will count towards your party sales and increase your free product amount)

4. Is this a special occasion?

Let me know if you're holding the party to celebrate a special occasion. I'd be happy to include a theme or mention the occasion during my demonstration.

5. Women only

Pure romance offers women a comfortable and private atmosphere to place orders and ask questions. No men … can be present during my demonstration and all attendees must be at least 18 years old.

6. Ordering is private

Please have a separate room available so guests can place orders confidentially. I can help you select and area when I arrive at your party.

7. Product delivery

Let your guests know they will receive their order within 7-10 business days. I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

8. Parking

If possible, please reserve a close parking spot for me. I may need help in and out of your home with my demonstration items and products that I carry.

9. Reminder calls

Your guest list includes tips on when to send invitations and how to remind guests of the party. I find it's best when you personally call to invite guests and follow up with a reminder.

10. Food and Refreshments

You do not need to do a lot of work to prepare. I find that light refreshments are fine. You can also serve food after my demonstration to allow guests to mix and mingle while I'm filling orders.
